Introduction of Fully Automatic Bran Packaging System
The fully automatic packaging system integrates woven bag roll-forming technology with automatic bagging technology, enabling continuous and high-speed bag supply. By automatically completing bag cutting, bottom sewing, bag feeding, filling, and sealing, the system significantly reduces labor requirements and operating costs while improving bag feeding accuracy and packaging efficiency. The continuous bag roll design minimizes manual intervention, prevents bag adhesion during opening, and ensures long-term stable and reliable operation of the packaging line.
System Composition
The fully automatic packaging system mainly consists of:
Woven bag cutting and sewing unit
Automatic bag placing unit
Folding and bag sewing unit
Electrical control unit
Dust collection unit
1.1 Woven Bag Cutting and Sewing Unit
This unit automatically performs fixed-length bag cutting, edge folding, bottom sewing, thread break alarm, and automatic bag conveying. After cutting, the bags do not stick together and are easy to open.
1.2 Automatic Bag Placing Unit
The woven bags sewn by the integrated cutting and sewing machine are automatically delivered to the pickup position of the bag placing machine. A vacuum suction cup transfers the bags to a fixed position for pickup by the bag placing manipulator.
The vacuum system opens the bag mouth, and the manipulator moves the bag to the filling spout. The empty bag is tightly clamped at the filling position by the bag clamping mechanism, while the feeding valve is automatically controlled by the PLC system for material filling.
During filling, the bag vibrating device supports and vibrates the bag vertically, ensuring compact material accumulation inside the bag. After filling, the packaged bag is placed onto the conveyor and transferred to the sealing section through the coordinated operation of the movable conveying device and the fixed bottom conveyor system.
1.3 Folding and Bag Sewing Unit
The filled bags are conveyed to the folding machine through the conveying system, where automatic edge folding is completed. The bags are then transferred to the sewing machine for bag mouth stitching, completing the entire packaging process.
1.4 Electrical Control Unit
The electrical control unit consists of a PLC control system, indicator lights, control buttons, and a touchscreen interface. It is used for operating and monitoring the integrated bag cutting and sewing machine, automatic bag placing machine, automatic bag sewing machine, packing scale, and other related equipment.
The pneumatic actuation system is connected to the PLC control system through pneumatic solenoid valves. The PLC outputs control signals to drive the pneumatic devices and realize fully automated operation throughout the packaging process.
1.5 Dust Collection Unit
Dust suction hoods are installed on both sides of the bag clamping position, with air ducts connected to the central dust collection system to improve the working environment for operators.
