Automatic Truck Loading System Solution
The fully automatic truck loading system is an advanced intelligent solution designed to improve loading efficiency, reduce manual operations, and ensure accurate and reliable truck loading processes.
By integrating conveying technology, robotic palletizing, visual recognition, and intelligent control systems, the system enables automatic identification, positioning, palletizing, and loading of bagged products. It provides an efficient, stable, and unmanned loading solution for grain processing plants, flour mills, feed mills, and other industries requiring high-volume bag handling.

System Components & Operation Process
The fully automatic truck loading system mainly consists of:
Conveyor Belt System
Traveling Trolley System
Automatic Loading and Palletizing System
Visual Scanning and Vehicle Positioning System
Electrical Control System (PLC Control System and Servo Motion Control System)
After packaging, the bags are transferred through the bag discharge opening to the conveyor belt system. During transportation, sensors continuously monitor the material flow and transmit real-time signals to the PLC control system. The PLC analyzes the operating status and automatically controls the servo motors to prevent bag blockage and ensure smooth, efficient, and stable conveying.
The traveling trolley system, driven by servo motors, accurately moves to the designated loading position. The automatic loading and palletizing system then arranges and stacks the bags through its intelligent bag handling mechanism, completing the loading operation with high precision and efficiency.
Before loading, the truck is guided into the loading area and positioned correctly. The operator only needs to input the required loading weight and number of bags through the LCD touchscreen and start the automatic loading mode.
The visual scanning system scans the truck to identify its location and dimensions. Based on the collected data, the PLC control system and servo motion control system automatically generate the optimal palletizing strategy, enabling fully automatic, unmanned, and intelligent truck loading.ilable to meet diverse industry applications and packaging formats.
