The machine adopts ultrasonic high-frequency sealing technology, enabling a fully automated and clean production process with high accuracy and high speed, truly realizing unmanned operation.
Developed a highly reliable non-woven bag needle-type oscillating bag opening mechanism and a contact-type bag absence detection device, ensuring efficient bag opening and accurate missing bag detection;
Equipped with an integrated metering system combining screw servo coarse dosing for powder materials and electronic weighing for fine measurement;
Capable of automatic adjustment for different bag specifications;
Equipped with a bagging machine that effectively reduces labor intensity for downstream workers and improves overall efficiency.
