Product Features
Casting equipment: Smooth automatic pouring, stable speed, high product consistency, using forgings to make mold shells, with uniform thermal conductivity and high safety factor.
Casting raw materials: Using brand cast iron as the raw material for the outer layer ensures stable product quality withminimal fluctuations; Using high-quality brand cast iron as the inner layer raw material to ensure the graphitemorphology of the inner layer and good thermal conductivity of the grinding roller.
Casting process: Using double headed pouring to ensure the overall consistency of the grinding roller,V and Ti are used to modify the outer layer of molten iron, making the sharp cornersof carbides (white parts) blunt, reducing the probability of carbide breakage, andenhancing the overall wear resistance.
