Adopts an intelligent mechanical system integrating bag picking, bag placing, filling, conveying, sewing, and dust control into a continuous process. The machine features a compact structure and a triple-scale parallel feeding system, meeting high-speed filling requirements while allowing sufficient feeding time to ensure weighing accuracy, thereby achieving flexibility, high speed, and high precision.

Equipped with a bag stretching and shaping mechanism to ensure consistent bag opening during filling;
Optimized bag handling system enables reliable bag picking, with a qualification rate up to 99.8%;
Advanced bag opening and separation system supports fully automatic bag feeding, with a stable bag placing success rate above 99.8%;
Customizable based on material characteristics and user requirements, with adjustable filling weight within the preset range for flexible operation;
Enclosed filling chamber with a complete dust collection pipeline effectively controls dust emissions and improves the working environment.
